At LeveFit, we continuously invest in customer-friendly policies to ensure our clients are always satisfied. You have the right to exchange an item or request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving it, provided that the following conditions are met:
The item must be returned in its original packaging;
The item must show no signs of use and be in the same condition as when received;
The item must be returned with all tags, protective elements, manuals, and accessories.
IMPORTANT: Returns that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted.

Order number
Email address used when placing the order
Reason for exchange or return
Photo or video showing any defects (if applicable)
Once your return has been confirmed, we will provide you with the return address. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund the full product amount as well as the shipping costs.
1. Credit Card Reversal:
The credit may take up to two billing cycles to appear, depending on the payment provider.
2. Bank Transfer (SEPA / Wire Transfer):
The refund will be processed within up to 10 working days after the return has been confirmed.
Note: The transfer will be made only to a bank account registered in the customer’s name – no payments will be made to third parties.
