You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you— with the exception of return shipping costs —immediately and no later than 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You bear the immediate costs of the return shipment, provided that the delivered goods are free of defects.
In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:
which were manufactured according to customer specifications, or
that are clearly tailored to personal needs.
