To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you— excluding the cost of returning the goods —without delay and no later than 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the items, provided that the delivered goods are free of defects.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
that were manufactured to customer specifications, or
that are clearly tailored to individual needs.
