Your order will be processed within 1–5 business days after receipt of payment and transferred to our logistics center. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking code.

You can use this code to track the current status of your delivery directly on our website . Simply go to "Track order" in the menu .

📦 Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days from the date of shipment. During this time, your order will be checked, packaged, handed over to the international shipping network, and processed by the respective local delivery service.

Please note: The delivery time only begins when the package is actually shipped, not when the tracking code is created.
