refund policy

At LeveFit®, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer clear, transparent, and consumer-friendly refund and exchange policies that make the process safe and easy for you.

You have the right to exchange an item or request a refund within 7 calendar days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The item must not show any signs of use and must be in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with all labels, protective films, manuals, and accessories.

⚠️ Important: Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.


How to request an exchange or refund

Please send an email to: 📧 support@levefitglobal.com
with the following information:

  • product name

  • order number

  • Email address used when placing the order

  • Reason for exchange or return

  • Photo or video of damaged items (if applicable)

Once your return has been confirmed, we will send you the return address of our EU logistics center. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund you the full product amount and, if applicable, the shipping costs.


Refund methods

1. Credit card

Depending on the payment provider, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Bank transfer (SEPA / wire transfer)

The refund will be processed within up to 10 business days after confirmation of the return.

💡 Note: Transfers will only be made to a bank account registered in the customer's name. Payments to third parties are not permitted.


return shipping costs

You bear the immediate costs of returning the item, provided that it is free of defects.

We will cover all return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.


Important information

  • Returns without prior approval will not be processed.

  • After the 7-day period has expired, refunds can only be granted in the case of manufacturing defects.

  • Discounted or reduced items cannot be refunded in cash—only exchanged or exchanged for a voucher, unless faulty.
