Refund Policy

At LeveFit, we continuously invest in customer-focused policies to ensure your satisfaction. You have the right to exchange an item or request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging;

  • The item must show no signs of use and must be in the same condition as when it was received;

  • The item must be returned with all tags, protective packaging, manuals, and accessories.

IMPORTANT: Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.


How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Please send an email to 📧 kontakt@levefit.de with the following information:

  • Product Name

  • Order number

  • Email address used when placing the order

  • Reason for exchange or return

  • A photo or video showing any defects (if applicable).

Once your return has been confirmed, we will provide you with the shipping address. After we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs.


Refund Methods

1. Credit card refund:
The credit may take up to two billing cycles to appear, depending on the payment provider.

2. Bank transfer (SEPA / Electronic transfer):
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days after the return has been confirmed.
Note: The transfer will be made only to a bank account registered in the customer’s name; no payments will be made to third parties.
