Refund Policy

Fair, transparent, and backed by European regulations.

🔁 Returns & Claims

You can request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item in its original packaging
  • No signs of use
  • All labels, accessories, and protective films are included

Important: Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Please provide the following information:

  • Product Name
  • Order number
  • Email address used
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos of damaged items

Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address for our logistics center.

💳 Refund

Credit card

The refund may take up to two billing cycles.

Bank transfer

Processing within 10 business days of receipt of goods.

Note: Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payer.

📦 Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or defective.

We will cover the full cost of any damaged or incorrectly delivered items.

⚠️ Important Information

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • After the deadline, this is only possible if the item is defective
  • Discounted items: no refunds, only exchanges or store credit
