Refund policy

Fair, transparent and secured throughout Europe.

🔁 Return & claim

You can be within 7 calendar days after receipt request a return or refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Item in original packaging
  • No signs of use
  • All labels, accessories and protective films present

Important: Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Send an e-mail to:

Please provide the following information:

  • Product name
  • Order number
  • E-mail address used
  • Reason for return
  • Photo/video for damaged items

After approval, you will receive the return address of our logistics center.

💳 Reimbursement

Credit card

The refund can take up to two billing cycles.

Bank transfer

Processing within up to 10 working days after receipt of goods.

Note: Repayments are made exclusively to the original payer.

📦 Return costs

The customer shall bear the return costs, provided there is no fault or defect.

In the event of damaged or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the costs in full.

⚠️ Important notes

  • Returns without authorization will not be accepted
  • After the deadline only possible in the event of a defect
  • Reduced items: no money back, only exchange or voucher
