Return & Exchange Policy

At LeveFit, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your item.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Clean and in its original condition
  • Returned with the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases, LeveFit will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost when applicable.

4. Standard Returns

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason not caused by LeveFit, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Method

Returns must be sent by mail. Please contact our support team before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.
